Reviews of Quality Inn & Suites Gatlinburg

The dining spots near Quality Inn were legit—Atrium Pancakes, Smoky Mountain Trout House, and Chesapeake's Seafood and Raw Bar served up tasty local grub that hit the spot. The pre-packaged products at the hotel were on point, making for some epic late-night snacks. Plus, the quick access to downtown Gatlinburg and the accommodating service for those with disabilities added serious charm.
Room cleaning left something to be desired. Even after a gentle nudge, the service fell short with just fresh towels and a roll of TP. Trash talk and old towels lingered like unwanted guests.

While the hotel's appearance and breakfast were average, the comfortable beds and clean rooms made for a pleasant stay. I appreciated the proximity to downtown Gatlinburg and the pet-friendly policy. The pool area was relaxing, especially with the colorful lighting at night. Exploring nearby landmarks like the World of Illusions and Hillbilly Golf added to our family bonding experience.

Amazing location in a nice enough area really close to popular attractions like the aquarium, Hillbilly Golf, shopping and dinning, and right at the edge of town. Fresh continental breakfast options.

The hotel is beautifully kept and newly renovated, has genuinely helpful staff that still believes in customer service. The rooms are a nice size here with a fireplace, spa tub and balcony. The property offers a lot of food that was good. It has peaceful location, next to Hillbilly Golf, and Gatlinburg during a road trip through TN. Every time we stay in Gatlinburg, like to stay here.

There's no better place to stay in Gatlinburg. This is surely the best cheap hotel, very professional and responsive staff, fashionable rooms. The continental breakfast with biscuits and waffles, for example is the highlight. The location is handy and decent, close to the river. The property provides an excellent service.

quality inn was perfect for our stay. the room was spacious and pet friendly, with clean linens and a well-made bed. the gentleman who checked us in was nice, upbeat, and helpful. the location was great, close to downtown but away from the noise. every room had a balcony with a view of the mountain roller coaster, and the staff was always nice and accommodating. we enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub, and the breakfast, while typical, was good. the mountain view from the balcony was the highlight, and we could easily walk to nearby attractions.

The suite was so spacious and cozy, with a flat-screen TV, a microwave, and a fridge. The bed was like a cloud, and the balcony was a sweet bonus. I felt so at home!
I would've preferred a bigger kitchenette, but that's just me.

Our visit to the hotel was nothing short of amazing for families exploring the mountain city. The spacious rooms and clean amenities were a hit with our kids. The location, just a mile from downtown and close to Smokey Mountain National Park, made it convenient for family outings. The breakfast provided a good start to our days, and the pool area was a great spot for the children to unwind after our mountain adventures. it was a family-friendly place that offered comfort and accessibility for our vacation needs.
In my wife's opinion, a small playground or kids' play area on the property would have been a great addition for families with children.
